At Sony Latin, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original Sony packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables to ensure a smooth processing of your request.

  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the Latin American region.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
